Aye, websites and web applications, I build them, lots of them, I build them all the time. I do back-end but a lot more front-end, with lots of CSS and JavaScript.
More a developer than a designer, with a good eye for accessible design and great attention to detail, yeah all that pixel-perfect stuff.
All those accessibility, usability, standards-compliance, multi-platform, cross-browser compatible and SEO issues, I'm well clued up on them too, yuhuh.
